"Lisa and Sophie found the sessions with Alison very enjoyable.
They are both very experienced working with Robert so didn't necessarily learn lots of new things but theyfound it helpful to spend time considering what they do and discussing this with Alison.
The manual handling plan will be very helpful as an aide memoire and for future staff. Following Alison's advice we're also asking our therapy team to review Robert with a view to investigating using a Raizer chair to help him get up from the floor."
